Before using Identifai.us, ensure your organization's email security settings allow our emails:
- Whitelist sending domains - Add sg-mail.identifai.us, sg-mail.idfai.net, identifai.us, and idfai.net to your email whitelist/safe sender list
- SPF/DKIM verification - Our emails are properly authenticated to prevent spam filtering
- IT department coordination - Inform your IT team about the phishing simulation to prevent blocking
- Firewall exceptions - Ensure click tracking links (reality.identifai.us, jeb8.me, jeb8ed.me) are accessible
Email Provider Setup Examples:
- Admin Center → Exchange → Mail flow → Rules → Create bypass rule for sg-mail.identifai.us and sg-mail.idfai.net
- Add *.identifai.us, *.idfai.net, sg-mail.identifai.us, sg-mail.idfai.net, and *.reality.identifai.us to safe sender list
- Configure transport rule: "If sender domain is sg-mail.identifai.us OR sg-mail.idfai.net, set SCL to -1"
